#Wen Marketing? Nexera Supercharges Community Growth with First DAO Proposal Update

Welcome to the first Community Growth Update! Now that the DAO proposal has reached quorum with over 96% of votes for ‘yes’, we are charging ahead and getting started with our community growth plans. As part of the deliverables indicated in the approved proposal, we will be sharing these weekly updates to keep the community informed of our progress on implementing the phases outlined in it.
To reintroduce myself, my name is Lillie, I’m the Head of Ecosystem Marketing here at Nexera and along with Tanu, John and the rest of the Nexera team, our aim is to supercharge Nexera’s community growth. You’ll be seeing more and more of me in the community, and in this — the weekly update.
As detailed in the proposal we’re going to be working on a variety of channels, and leveraging a range of marketing activities to bring Nexera into this next stage of growth! We will be focused on enhancing the utility of the $NXRA token, promoting Fundrs, and overall, getting people excited for Nexera, both within the community and externally ;).
The execution of our plans are already underway. We have already identified many priority items and we can’t wait to share everything with you. Our first set of deliverables will be shared with you in the next few weeks.
This week we will focus on kickstarting new, and continuing many external conversations, finalising research for KOLs and engaging with potential KOLs and creating written content for new community member journeys. Besides that, we have already started to implement our new content and social media strategy, focusing on newly identified content pillars, high-search volume content related to Nexera Foundation and increasing our frequency of communications, leveraging both proactive and reactive communications.
As mentioned, this will continue to be a weekly update, so expect to see consistent updates on what we have been working on, our deliverables and updates to growth metrics.
We’re extremely excited to be able to work and deliver this growth strategy, we would also love to get your feedback and input! So please, don’t hesitate to reach out in the official Nexera channels.
Finally, we will be organising a community Q&A session. These details will be shared in due course, this will be your chance to ask me direct questions about all the marketing initiatives that are coming up.

Progress and Key Activities to Stimulate Community Growth
Below you will find the key steps we have completed and are implementing to fulfil the strategies presented in the DAO proposal. You will also see key metrics we are aiming to increase.
Objectives
Below is a reminder of our objectives from the proposal:
- Increase Telegram community members from 19,000 to 30,000.
- Increase NXRA Holders from 19,500 to 30,000 holders.
- Increase NXRA stakers from 750 stakers to 2000 stakers.
- Increase Twitter from 71,000 to 100,000 (Nexera_Official account)
Completed Items
- This week we completed the action plan to execute the DAO proposal, encompassing all tasks which need to be completed for successful campaign execution.
- Started increasing the daily cadence of X, (twitter posts) posting at least two times per day, with the aim to post 8 posts per day within four weeks.
- Researching, identifying and implementation of key narratives and increasing reactive messages to key narratives (RWA tokenization) for the Nexera Foundation X(Twitter) account.
- Identifying SEO opportunities for Nexera Foundation based on keywords associated with Nexera.
- Finalised the Nexera Foundation key content pillars in line with the purpose of highlighting the key talking points for the Foundation.
- Highlighted and created key points touchpoints in a new community member journey. Having identified these key touch points, we can actively create content for onboarding new community members, and explain the full utility and benefits of the NXRA token.
- Initial outreach to Serotonin, preparing them for our upcoming campaign objectives.
- Conducting initial research and outreach to KOLs, identifying and highlighting which KOLs are beneficial to Nexera.
- Project kick off and scoping call with Genfinity for the creation of the AMA schedule for April, May and June. As well as identification of potential topics and guests from Nexera and Fundrs.
- Creation of strategy for further community and global brand growth strategy. This will form the base of the next DAO proposal.
- Inclusion in CryptoHub tweet thread — exploring the reach of KOLs.
Upcoming Items
- Creating the written content schedule and execution of content creation for key narratives surrounding Nexera. The current key narratives include RWA Tokenization, DePIN, Compliance, AI and Fundraising, among others.
- Creating the written content schedule and execution of content creation for key content pillars for the Nexera Foundation. Leveraging previous AllianceBlock content and creation of new written content. Here we will focus on creation of specific content around NXRA utility and rALBT, usage of rALBT in all products, information about the DAO, What Fundrs is, link to Nexera and in-depth project case studies.
- Creating a written content schedule and execution of written content creation for the new community member journey. The purpose of this journey is to have a clear place to send a new community member to gain insight on the whole Nexera Ecosystem, all associated businesses and utility of the NXRA Token.
- Alongside the creation of the content journey for new community members, we will also be planning and starting the creation of the written content for a Nexera Ecosystem landing page.
- Continued ramping up of social media posting cadence, to increase more regular communications and insights from Nexera.
- Project kick off call with Serotonin, we will be speaking with Serotonin who will be assisting on brand positioning, marketing strategy, content creation, PR and KOLs. In this call we will give further insights to our objectives and what we would like Serotonin to achieve with their activities.
- Continued research and outreach to KOLs, while having KOLs who are engaged with Nexera, to increase our brand reach we must continue researching and approaching KOLs who have audiences with similar interests to our current community. We want to engage and leverage influencers who are already actively participating in conversations around RWA tokenization, Fundraising, DePIN and other topics with engaged audiences.
- To measure the objectives set for this campaign and monitor our community growth, we will finalize out metrics dashboard, which will give the marketing team and key stakeholders a clear insight to key performance indicators.
- To be able to accurately measure performance of all content, social media posts, KOLs, PR and more, we are creating a UTM tracking document. UTMs (Urchin Tracking Modules) allow us to accurately monitor how much traffic is coming to our website from a certain link.
- After the initial discovery all with Genfinity, we are finalising the dates and guests for at least two twitter spaces a month.
- We will be planning and sharing the date of the community Q&A session, calling for all community members to share their questions marketing questions in advance and give a holistic overview to the community about any queries they may have.
- After research and identification of key narratives and content pillars for Nexera foundation, we will be engaging in a kick off call with an SEO Agency. This will allow the agency to start an audit for our current search engine rankings, our current rank for keywords, identify opportunities for content creation and growth of users coming to our website from researching related topics to Nexera.
- We will be reaching out to the journalist on the Op-Ed desks of notable news sources to start the creation of Op-Ed pieces for publication to increase the visibility of Rachid and Matthijs as Key Opinion Leaders in the wider Web3 industry.
- Creating content which can be shared on the Nexera Foundation Reddit channel, as well as identification of Reddit channels where we can participate in discussions regarding key narratives for Nexera.
- Leverage reactive news opportunities to highlight Nexera’s Ecosystem.
- Start the search for a Social Media Manager to join the team, to increase the output from Nexera Foundation on social media channels. The social media manager will focused on increasing the frequency of social media posting, interaction of the Nexera account with key industry sources, KOLs and other notable social media accounts.
Metrics
For this first week, we will look at the current status of our key performance indicators. In the following weeks we will use week on week dates (from Monday until Sunday) to demonstrate the growth and percentage change.

Website — Number of visits to the website: 1,799, with notable amount of visits coming from Organic Social: 1,062
